MOT Lane Available to the Public

To decrease the running costs of the haulage fleet, and to provide a much needed service to the local community, on the 29th November 2005 Andrew Black Haulage and Storage opened a VOSA standard 160ft long test station. The test station equipment is provided and maintained by VLT. The facility is utilised by Andrew Black Haulage and Storage to MOT trucks on site with class V&VII tests available to the public by appointment. To ensure our customers’ best interests pre-brake and lights tests are available. Also located on the premises is the Tammermatic high-pressure washer, with its 15 different programmes it can wash small cars up to large and irregular shaped HGVs. This ensures that both the company fleet and customers’ vehicles are kept running smoothly and performing at the peak of their abilities.
